Binding Agreement
These Terms of Service represent a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and Mystrixion (the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mystrixion and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Modifications to Terms
Mystrixion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Termination
Mystrixion may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
